Buying tips
Thin mats of around 5 mm feel more stable in standing yoga poses, while 10 to 15 mm cushions the knees and back in floor work. Look for a grippy surface, enough length for your height, and a strap if you carry it to class. Wipe it down after sweaty sessions.
