Buying tips
Start with a weight you can lift 10 to 12 times with good form, and buy a heavier pair once that feels easy. Hex shapes stay put on the floor, while neoprene or rubber coatings are kinder to hands and flooring. Adjustable dumbbells cost more up front but replace several pairs if space is tight.
